Competition

A HOY healthy eaters and wannabe healthy eaters, Sleb Safari has a competition that will tickle your tastebuds. Translink has five pairs of tickets up for grabs for a special event hosted by Slim's Healthy Kitchen in Victoria Square in Belfast on Saturday November 22 at 1.30pm.

Winners will enjoy a healthy lunch and pick up advice and tips from a Slim's Healthy Kitchen nutritionist.

Recent research from the British Medical Journal (BMJ) shows that people who commute to work using public transport are happier and healthier than those who travel by car and that a brisk walk from the bus stop or train station to your place of work does you the world of good. "Men and women who commuted to work by active and public modes of transport had significantly lower BMI and percentage body fat than their counterparts who used private transport," according to the report.
