500g beef, minced 150g chorizo, finely chopped 1 teasp paprika generous pinch sea salt 3 tblsp olive oil 4 leaves iceberg lettuce, washed 1 red onion, sliced 1 large tomato, sliced 4 buns
Place the minced beef, finely chopped chorizo, salt and paprika in bowl; mix and place in fridge for 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and make 4 burger patties out of the mix; cook on both sides in the frying pan - 3 minutes for rare, longer for medium etc.
Cut the buns and toast. Top with lettuce, then the burger, the red onion and tomato and top with the burger bun. Serve.
