THIS week Sleb Safari is giving away a very gorgeous collection of recipes from chef and restaurateur Mark Hix. The book is chock-a-block full of recipes that include ingredients such as cod's tongues, samphire and cobnuts so it's not for the amateur.

Hix spent 17 years overseeing the Ivy, La Caprice and other acclaimed London restaurant, before opening his own so probably does know what to do with the monkfish cheeks he has slotted into several recipes.

In fact Sleb Safari would happily taste drive dishes if Hix needs a hand.
