DOWN Head out for a refreshing walk with good company this St Stephen's Day at WWT Castle Espie. Burn off the Christmas calories with a brisk guided walk with a jovial companion as your guide. You can feed the birds, visit our hides and simply enjoy being out in the fresh air.

TYRONE Join the Alley Theatre on Friday for their Jazz Gazette Christmas Special, a fun and entertaining night of jazz songs with a sprinkling of festive numbers. The cabaret-style auditorium will be filled with the smooth sounds of classic and modern jazz, featuring the talent of Saxophonist Gary Cox, Gerard Bradley on piano and vocals, Mark Bradley on trumpet and vocals, Peter Doherty on bass and Aidan Dunphy on drums.

FERMANAGH Touched by Karen Carpenter's breathtaking voice and by the wonderful arrangements of The Carpenters' songs, Kim Dickinson transports her audiences with the natural and uncanny likeness of her voice to that of Karen Carpenter. Throughout her show at the Ardowen Theatre on Saturday, Kim will deliver the songs that made The Carpenters famous, such as Close To You, Superstar, and Top of The World.

DERRY Enjoy an evening of live entertainment from music legends Bagatelle, performers of popular songs Leeson Street Lady, Second Violin, Summer in Dublin and more at the City Hotel Derry on Friday.

ARMAGH The Armagh City Hotel is the venue for some Social Dancing on Friday. Dancing to the very best in live music with light refreshments being served, it promises to be an evening not to be missed.

ANTRIM The highly acclaimed Christmas Country Music Showtime With the Stars comes to the Braid Arts Centre for the first time on Saturday. Country fans are promised an action-packed night of their favourite music with Ireland's first lady of country music Susan McCann, The Scania 143 Man Boxcar Brian, Mr country music Tony Kerr, Fiddler Adam, Shauna McStravock and Country Harmony.

BELFAST Monthly art, antiques and collectables fair at St Mary Magdalene Parish Church Hall, Donegall Pass, Belfast, takes place on Saturday. There will be something for everyone - bespoke items, collectables, artwork from established and up-and-coming Irish artists, quality silver, figurines, bronzes and lots more. 10am to 4pm.
