TWENTY-TWO year old Belfast woman Anna Carling has won the James Street South Bar and Grill cooking competition, an innovative culinary initiative to celebrate Belfast Restaurant Week which runs from today until next Saturday. Anna's recipe will feature as a 'Restaurant Week Special' on the menu at the James Street Bar and Grill.
Anna's winning dish was Rhubarb Compote, Jelly and Sorbet with a Pistachio Sponge.
