This week's Easy Peasy Recipe is Lime Delight, which has been sent in by Eileen Vaughan, from Belfast.
You will need: 1 lime jelly Seven-Up 2 handfuls of seedless green grapes.
To make: Make up the jelly using Seven-Up or if making for adults, you can use sparkling wine.
When the jelly is almost set, add grapes and let set.
Serve with cream or ice cream. Enjoy.
