Easy Peasy Recipe

This week's Easy Peasy Recipe is simple Apple Crumble Kate Lowry, from Belfast, has told me this recipe is so simple - and tasty.

You will need:

900g of apples, peeled, cored and sliced 75g of caster sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 5g of butter 225g of plain flour 100g of demarara sugar 175g of oats

To make:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/ Gas Mark 6.

In an ovenproof dish, arrange the apple slices, and sprinkle on the caster sugar and cinnamon. set aside In a bowl, work the butter into the plain flour and add

the sugar and oats scatter this evenly over the apple mixture Bake for 30-35 mins, until golden serve warm with vanilla ice-cream
