Easy Peasy Recipe

ThIS week's Easy Peasy Recipe is Bread and Butter Pudding. This recipe has been sent in by Clare Taylor, from Belfast.

You will need: 10 slices of stale bread 2 eggs 3/4 pint of milk 1 teaspoon of nutmeg butter 1 cup of dried fruit

cup of sugar

To make: Butter the bead and cut into triangle shapes. Grease a baking pan and add a layer of buttered triangles Sprinkle sugar and dried fruit on top Repeat this until all the bread has been used In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk and pour over bread layers

Cook in oven at 190 degrees Celsius/Gas Mark 4 until golden brown Can be served on its own, with cream, ice cream or custard
