Prize
The promotion is open to both clubs and schools and will suit any skill level of hurling or camogie team right from beginners to advanced. It will also appeal to football clubs that are just at the beginning stages as regards the introduction of hurling into their club.
The day is geared towards any juvenile team and is therefore open to u6, u8, u10, u12, u14 & u16 hurling and camogie teams. All members of the team will receive a Scullion hurl up to a maximum of 30 hurley/ camogie sticks.
The day will include skills sessions with inter-county hurling and camogie players so the children will have the opportunity to learn from some of the current star players in the game.
There will also be a series of 'skills challenges' on the day including free taking, sidelines and penalties where the participating children will have the chance to win their own Scullion sliotar.
Prize includes:
- Scullion Hurls will display the traditional art of hurley-making and give away 30 hurls to a juvenile team within the school or club
- Skills session by inter-county hurling and camogie players
- Win a sliotar through 'Skills Challenge'
Runner up prize:
- Ten runners up will receive a pack of a dozen Sliotars for their school or club
To Enter:
All you need is 25 tokens to enter and you can enter as many times as you wish. Simply attach your tokens to the collector card that you can print off from the downloads page along with your promotional posters for you to display in your club or school.
Tokens will run in the Irish News until Saturday 17th March.
