Welcome to the Irish News GAA World.

This Club has currently not taken advantage of the GAA World Network package.

If you want to contact us about getting your club online, then e-mail gaaworld@irishnews.com or telephone Ruairi O’Neill on (028) 90 337482.

GAA World is an extensive worldwide Gaelic games site, carrying comprehensive news, opinion and results on Gaelic games, together with an easily navigateable network of club, county, province and international GAA sites from all over the world.

GAA World offers every GAA club in the world a free and professional standard GAA World website, as well as presenting them with an opportunity to bring revenue back into their club.

The Irish News GAA World aims to be the best GAA network of sites in the world. We want as many Gaelic Clubs worldwide to join our network.

To do this we have designed a package that we will offer to all clubs for minimum cost that will stand head and shoulders above any competitors.

To encourage clubs onto the network we have devised some packages that should meet everyone’s needs, and answer questions which may relate to your position.

Here are a list of possible questions that you may want answers to:

• I already have a domain name I want to keep this domain name, can I still join the Irish News GAA World Network?
Yes you can, for example if your domain name is www.castlewellangac.com you can have this point to your position on our network.

• How do I make changes to my pages if my site is on GAA World?
Very easily, we have designed our own fully integrated CMS (Content Management System). This system will allow you to log onto GAA World, put in your private and secure username and password, and let you insert text changes as you see fit they will then automatically be sent to our GAA World server. This will enable you to provide up to date fixtures and results whenever you need to.

• Our site is being hosted by a service provider (ISP), will this cause any complications?
No it won’t, we will have to take control of your Site if you wish to avail of the (CMS) Content Management System. So really all you have to do is to transfer your site to us and we will look after the rest.

• We are a small club and can’t afford to pay for too much, what can you do for us?
We are very aware that money is very tight among most clubs in Ireland so we have devised different packages which we hope will suit you. These are detailed overleaf:

Basic Package: This consists of 3 Sections, Home Page, Contacts page, Gael Forum. THIS IS TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE – NO WEB DESIGN FEES OR COSTS OF ANY DESCRIPTION.

Silver Package: £250
The Silver package that we offer all clubs is a very simple basic site with all that is necessary to promote your club. It will consist of 4 sections; Home page, Latest News – complete with CMS, Club Contacts page, Gael Forum page.

Gold Package: £500
The Gold Package that we offer is a lot more interactive than the Silver, here we offer you, home, news, results, fixtures, contacts, History, Gael Forum, and membership details - complete with CMS

Platinum Package: £750
The Platinum Package consists of home, news, results, fixtures, contacts, teams section, club competitions, history, membership details, Social Club, Gael Forum - complete with CMS

These prices are for the first year only. Subsequent annual charge for web hosting, maintenance and technical support is only £75 per year thereafter. This is all you will ever pay.

• Please note that all sections mentioned above consist of one page per section more pages per section can be agreed on request.
• Also some of the sections may not suit a particular club’s requirements so comparable alternatives may be used as a replacement.
• Also all prices above exclude VAT at 17.5%.

• I am interested and want to take this further what should I do?
