The second GAA Club and Community Development Conference will take place on the 15th November in the Europa Hotel Belfast. The theme of this years conference is "Strengthening community cohesion through the development of the GAA clubs and volunteers".

The event is the second of its kind following the outstanding success of the 2007 conference in Stormont. Over 450 attended the last event, and this year we are offering 400 places to GAA club volunteers. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and the cost of attending is £20/€25 per person.

The conference will include a range of workshops, keynotes and discussion forums facilitated by leading GAA officials, civil servants, business leaders and government ministers.

As part of this years conference Ulster GAA will host a one hour club feedback forum were club officials can make their voice heard on the issues facing the Ulster GAA as the Ulster Council develops its third strategic plan, which will steer the work of the GAA in the province up to 2015

The target attendees of the conference are the club officials e.g.: Chairpersons, Secretaries, Development Officers and Youth Officers, however, County Officials and other interested persons are also welcome to attend.
