PREGNANT women will be able to find out about changes in services due to the coronavirus pandemic and `sources of support available' on a new website.

The Public Health Agency (PHA) said the Northern Ireland Maternity Covid-19 site will keep them informed of changes and what services remain in their trust.

There will also be information on what Covid-19 is and how it affects pregnancy, advice and guidance on the most commonly asked questions about maternity services and information on child health services, antenatal care and mental health.

It contains information from all five health trusts.

Dr Susie Finnegan, consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Craigavon Area Hospital, said "the way we deliver maternity services has had to change, but it’s still the same professional, friendly staff delivering the service and ready to look after you."

The website can be found at http://www.ni-maternity.com.
