Managing Talent: Enter Now

Awards will be made in two categories –Small and Medium/Large

The judges will be looking for organisations, which can demonstrate an innovative and effective approach to managing fresh and experienced talent from apprentice to boardroom level.

In your submission, please pay particular attention to the following questions:

How do you ensure that your organisation’s high performance is driven at every level to propel your business forward effectively?

How do you get the very best out of every single member of your workforce to ensure that everyone is contributing to your organisation’s growth?

Give examples of how your staff are challenged and stretched within your organisation?

How can you further develop high performance from your existing workforce?

Closing date for entries is 12 noon on Thursday 28th April 2016. Finalists will be announced on Thursday 12th May 2016.
