Awards will be open to businesses in all sectors, schools/colleges or a partnership of both.
The award will focus on strong initiatives between business and educational organisations and look at what steps they are taking (individually or jointly) to enable young people to achieve the critical inital steps towards their career ambitions.
This award also aims to recognise businesses and/or schools that have identified inspiring initiatives to develop the mindset of young people or students as regards to career opportunities open to them:

Give evidence of long term initiatives that demonstaret how you motivate young people to fulfil their career ambitions and make a successful transition into a career or workplace by utilising initiatives such as career insight talks, mentoring, work experience and placements.
How have you supported the introduction of people into the workforce through work experience, apprenticeships or training to help develop the next generation of employees?
Closing date for entries is 12 noon on Thursday 28th April 2016. Finalists will be announced on Thursday 12th May 2016.
