The business development executive will be responsible for developing and launching strategic sales plans and initiatives that will increase revenue and market share. The business development executive will also engage with HR professionals to help solve their software solution needs via sales demonstrations of Hallmark Solutions products. Additionally, the role will involve internal and external marketing communications on how to best position these products for the appropriate audience.You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share in Ireland, as well as the development and delivery of all sales campaigns and for evaluating and tracking the success of these campaigns.
