WEST Belfast-based commercial property agents Ortus Property Services has paid an undisclosed sum to buy the Boucher Business Studios business park in the south of the city.
The site is made up of 18,000 sq ft of newly-built high quality office accommodation and on-site parking.
And he purchase will assist growing small business to develop offering larger space office accommodation in an easily accessible location on a major gateway to Belfast.
The business park will be managed by Ortus Property Services, who are part of the Ortus Group, and the company already owns 184,000 sq ft of property in Belfast including Twin Spires Complex and Westlink Enterprise Centre, facilitating more than 110 tenants.

"This increases our owned commercial property to over 200,000 sq ft while continuing to manage other facilities in the Greater Belfast area.

The Boucher development consists of three office blocks of around 6,000 sq ft each, with each block hosting three own-door suites of either 1,800 or 2,000 sq ft each with self-contained kitchen and toilet facilities.
