Graham complete transformation of ground floor of Belfast's Soloist building

CO Down construction group Graham has completed the ground floor refurbishment of the Soloist building next to Belfast’s Waterfront Hall.

The building’s owners Capital London, commissioned Graham to transform the former hospitality units into new office space.

The refit of the two 7,000 sq ft suites includes 80 workstations. informal meeting pods, breakout space and collaboration areas, along with three dedicated meeting rooms and two large break out areas.

The project is the fourth Belfast-based interior fit-out scheme which Graham has delivered in partnership with Capital London.

The Co Down firm collaborated with HMK, Ply Design and FM Stewart for the project.
