DESPITE the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Belfast and Dublin-based Kearney Law is not just remaining open, but celebrating six months in business with further expansion, opening new offices in Cork, Donegal and Galway.

The company - which is primarily focused on personal injury, accidents in the workplace, road traffic accidents and clinical negligence - is using Law Society-approved technology to allow its team to work remotely

Director Paul Kearney said: “We’re aware this is a tough time for businesses globally, especially with the uncertainty of when this pandemic will end.

“But at Kearney Law, the adaptation of a dynamic business model, which allows us to automate our business models and work remotely when required, has allowed us to avoid any immediate impact.

“The system we've installed allows us to continue to provide an optimum service to our clients, regardless of where they are located throughout Ireland or the UK.

“This online strategy gives us the ability to work at full capacity whilst receiving instructions online, via email, telephone and social media, it's something our clients are appreciating.”

Kearney Law, which opened its first office last September, is the exclusive provider of a risk-free insurance product in Northern Ireland, offering clients financial protection against legal costs in the event of a case being lost.
