HAGAN Homes has started work on 18 new homes at Thaxton Village in Lisburn in a £2.7 million development which has created 50 construction jobs.

The three-bedroom detached, semi-detached homes and townhouses are scheduled to be handed over by December, and prices will start from £150,000.

Jim Burke, director of sales and acquisitions at Ballyclare-based Hagan Homes, said: “Thaxton Village, one of Northern Ireland’s most sought-after places to live, is unlike any other when it comes to modern living in an unparalleled location.

“As a result of our fine attention to detail, residents of Thaxton Village are guaranteed nothing less than an immaculately designed home, finished to luxury turnkey specification, and characterised by chic interiors and striking exteriors.”

Hagan Homes’ main contractor for the Thaxton Village development is Finmac Construction.

The company recently announced it had also started construction of new homes at Wallace Gate in Lisburn in a £1m development which has created 25 jobs.

The first of these six three-bedroom semi-detached homes will be completed next month, with the overall development scheduled to be handed over by July. Wallace Gate house prices start at £184,950.
