BELFAST-based finance recruitment consultancy iMultiply has marked its second anniversary in Northern Ireland by unveiling a new highly experienced strategic advisory board and revealing a 50 per cent growth in its customer base and revenues.

iMultiply currently boasts a team of 20 based across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast, with the focus being on growing that number significantly. Belfast is seen as key to this growth, with three new hires planned over the next six months.

And the hiring of the new strategic advisory board - which includes prominent business leaders Judith Totten, Paul Campbell and Cara Macklin - will provide the firm with an insightful on-the-ground perspective and a broader local expertise.

Judith Totten enjoyed a successful career in banking, principally with Danske Bank, and went on to found Upstream, an independent provider of working capital funding for Northern Ireland SME's.

She is a non executive board member of Invest NI and is recognised as a provider of finance solutions for business and a respected financial commentator.

Judith said: "I'm delighted to join the board of such a fantastic company which has clear strategic goals and objectives.

"iMultiply is already showing the real potential of the business and I hope that with our experience we can help push that further and faster."

Paul Campbell is a multi-disciplined director and chairman with a track record over the last three decades of establishing and growing successful businesses.

He is non-executive chair at Electronic & Security Services Ltd, chair of the growth and scaling board at Catalyst, and a long-standing business mentor to the start-up community in Northern Ireland.

An entrepreneur and professional coach, Cara Macklin uses her business experience and leadership coaching to help successful leaders achieve greater results developing themselves and their business.

She was previously a director of the award-winning Macklin Healthcare group and Malone Lodge Hotel, which has grown to become a multi-million pound organisation with 600 employees across seven businesses.

iMultiply director, Billy McCarthy said: "The time is right for us to build on our success. We are now fully established in the Northern Ireland business community, which we feel is reflected by our ability to attract strategic advisers of the calibre of Judith, Paul and Cara.

"Establishing an advisory board of entrepreneurs who have built and led their own successful enterprises represents a pivotal moment in our journey."
