COUNTY Down construction group Graham has completed the interior fit-out in Belfast for Cork-based firm Teamwork.com.

The software specialist recently opened its new development and support hub at Laganview House on the corner of Oxford Street and Ann Street.

Teamwork.com, which lists Disney, Netflix and Spotify as clients, invested £930,000 in the refurbishment project. The 8,870 sq ft space is now the firm’s largest premises outside its Cork headquarters.

Over the next two years, Laganview House is expected to accommodate up to 85 development and technical support staff.

The scheme was delivered in partnership with Virtus Project Management, Michael Barrett Partnership (QS), Henry J Lyons (architect) and OCSC (M&E).

Graham contracts director, Stephen Johnston, said: “We are proud to have been part of the Teamwork.com team, and to have delivered this exciting office project which will provide the platform for its continued growth in the specialist software sector.

“We have a proven track record in transforming historical buildings into modern office space, with a strong portfolio of work throughout Belfast city centre, and this latest scheme is further proof of our expertise.

“Laganview House now features state-of-the-art design, modern facilities and collaborative workspace, which will promote a connected and creative company culture that undoubtedly matches the ambition of Teamwork.com.”
