PROFESSIONAL human resources consultancy HeadsTogether in Holywood is opening a new dedicated management training division next month as part of a significant programme of investment.

The company, which provides a range of private, public and third sector organisations with specialist, flexible human resources expertise and advice, has acquired additional premises to launch a new standalone centre to support its growing training provision.

Established in 2007 by human resources, strategy and consulting specialists Joanne Kane, Lynsey Stewart and Andrew Kane, HeadsTogether has grown quickly to become one of the north’s most successful human resource consultancies.

It counts organisations including AOL, the NI Policing Board, Bank of Ireland, Choice Housing, Cricket Ireland, Education Authority and Novosco among its clients.

HeadsTogether director Lynsey Stewart said: “Training new and existing staff can be an organisation’s biggest challenge, especially in a rapidly changing business environment where productivity, leadership and staff wellbeing have never been so important.

“Agility is key in transforming how organisations hire, develop and manage skills and talent, and as a business which promotes development, innovation and fresh thinking, we’re excited about the positive impact our investment and our new, dedicated focus in workplace training will bring.”

With an expanding team of 10, the company also provides local and national SMEs with practical, flexible and cost-effect support with issues in relation to employment, freeing them up to concentrate on profits, opportunities and growth.

Fellow HeadsTogether director Joanne Kane added: “We’ve built our success delivering effective and accessible human resources support, as well as specialized consultancy, to enable organisations of every size to benefit from actively managing their workforce and we’re delighted to be expanding our services with an additional focus on training.

“Clear and honest pragmatic advice and cutting-edge expertise is critical in what can sometimes be a complex and challenging field. By further investing in our own business, we’re proud to be sharing more of our experience with others who need help with theirs.”

HeadsTogether supports a range of organisations on both a retained and flexible project basis, providing active management and key expertise and training in a range of essential areas including redundancy, discipline, grievance and performance.
