South Belfast office buildings go on the market

OFFICE space totalling 55,000 sq ft in south Belfast has come on the market with a combined asking price of almost £4 million.

Laganwood House, Woodchester House and Bridgewood House on Newforge Lane have all gone up for sale.

All three properties at Riverside Office Park, close to the Malone Road, are currently listed among the portfolio of commercial investments belonging to Kilmona Holdings, the company headed by Belfast developer Paddy Kearney.

The running of the buildings has been managed by group subsidiary, Causeway Asset Management Ltd.

Property agents Lambert Smith Hampton has indicated that Woodchester House, which has a £1.4m price tag, is fully let to the Viridian Group and Power NI, producing a new income of £127,850 per year.

Power NI also occupies part of Bridgewood House, which produces a gross income of £64,864 per annum.

Laganwood House, the largest of the three properties at 23,000 sq ft has a price tag of £1.75m.
