PROPERTIES have gone on sale at Future Home Developments' new £2.5million development at Gardiner Square in Belfast city centre, a stroll away from the highly anticipated Tribeca project, ahead of its July 2020 completion.

The development comprises nine modern apartments and six town-houses, finished to high-end, superior turn-key specifications.

The scheme will feature two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom townhouses with associated car parking and amenities. Prices start at £145,000 for the apartments and £204,000 for the townhouses, with Colliers and CPS acting as the selling agents.

Located close to iconic landmarks such as St Anne’s Cathedral and the city's thriving associated arts district, modern city centre shopping, universities, schools and public transport, Gardiner Square has been designed to appeal to a mixed demographic such as families and professionals, which will help develop a strong sense of community.

Future Home Developments is headed up by property developers Tom Smyth and Gary Sinnerton, who between them have more than 40 years’ experience in the building and renovation sectors.

Mr Smyth, who is also enjoying phenomenal success with his popular short-stay Dream Apartments business, said: “Like every project we develop, Gardiner Square is about much more than bricks and mortar.

“We want to create a thriving community targeting a range of sectors from young professionals, to property investors to people relocating to the city for work. Home is so important, and we understand that people want and deserve comfort, convenience and community, and in Gardiner Square, we are offering all these things and more.

“We're proud to help regenerate our city and this significant investment indicates much we believe in the future of Belfast. Facilitating people and their families to live in a beautiful environment right in the city centre will bring with it the kind of life and energy that drives natural regeneration.

“The Gardiner Square project is located on the fringes of the hugely exciting Tribeca project which will combine the regions heritage with cutting-edge design to create a dynamic mixed-use space for people to live and work. All of this will be within walking distance to the new homes.”

Mr Sinnerton added: “The external aesthetics of these homes recognise and embrace Belfast’s proud industrial heritage and are in sympathy with the surrounding environment, yet offer the highest levels of modern design and convenience. I’m confident Gardiner Square will quickly become one of the most desirable addresses in the city."
