COUNTY Tyrone based Cloughbane Farm has secured a deal to supply its new children’s meals – Cloughbane Little Farm - as well as its Veggi range to Tesco stores in Northern Ireland.

The ‘Little Farm’ range, specifically designed to meet the nutritional needs of a growing child, includes four meals, while the Veggi range, two of which are also vegan friendly, was created following a £200,000 investment in new product development.

Cloughbane Farm has worked with Tesco since 2012, and currently supplies a selection of branded products across the chilled pre-prepared meal solution category.

“We're delighted to extend our range of products available in Tesco stores,” said Lorna Robinson, managing director at Cloughbane Farm.

“We live and run the business from our farm, with our ethos focused on home cooking and rooted in family values. We pride ourselves on bringing our passion for good food made with fresh, quality ingredients to the creation of every Cloughbane Farm product.

“In my other guise as ‘Granny Lorna’ it was so important for me to provide my grandchildren with wholesome nutritious meals – and this is how the idea for the Little Farm products evolved."

She added: “Consumer habits continue to change, and particularly demand for plant-based meal solutions. Innovation is paramount at Cloughbane Farm, which is why we developed the Veggi range. We're proud of our new product ranges and are confident Tesco customers will love them as much as we do.”
