TWO office buildings in a prominent Belfast business park are on the market for a combined £2.3 million.

Woodchester House, the home of Power NI and the adjoining Bridgewood House on Newforge Lane have been put up for sale this week, with strong interest expected.

Woodchester House went on the market yesterday, with agent Lambert Smith Hampton seeking offers over £1.4m for the two-storey office block, which sits between Forestwood and Bridgewood House.

Power NI is a long-term tenant at the 12,159 sq ft property and shares the tenancy with Irish energy firm Viridian Group. The pair generate an annual income of £127,850 for the owner.

Both will remain in place following any sale.

Bridgewood House is the current home of Diabetes UK Northern Ireland. The property generates a gross annual income of £60,864.

The 19,900 sq ft two-storey office block is sub divided into eleven separate office suites and has a guide price in excess of £900,000.

Both Woodchester and Bridgewood House share a 32-space car park.

A spokesperson from Lambert Smith Hampton said the two out of town properties offer strong investment returns.
