BESPOKE joinery firm the Deluxe Group has completed a major central London workspace project for the Crown Estate, doing the manufacturing and fitting out for high-end flexible working space One Heddon Street.

Detailed manufacturing drawings based on the designer’s intent were completed at The Deluxe Group’s Northern Ireland headquarters by their in-house team. The work included the manufacturing of all solid surfaces and bespoke fitted furniture within the professional workspace hub.

“One Heddon Street has been a really exciting development to work on and adds to the growing portfolio of high-end London projects we've delivered in the past year," director Colm Connolly said.

Described as a dedicated co-working and flexible office space, One Heddon Street was designed to create a new hub for professionals, start-ups, and project teams in the heart of London’s West End.

The space offers 350 desks and a breadth of flexible memberships, ranging from private offices for two to 12 people, to resident desks and co-working.

Members are also able to draw on shared amenities, including bookable meeting rooms, boardroom, concierge services, a private roof terrace, and flexible events space, as well as a specially curated programme of wellbeing activities and networking events.

The Deluxe Group, which has worked on projects across Britain, Ireland, Europe, the US and Middle East, worked on this project in association with fit out firm BW for architects Barr Gazetas.
