LISBURN-based digital agency Scaffold, which specialises in software development, has joined forces with Portadown company Shelbourne Motors to revolutionise how it does business.

Specialising in web design and development, hosting, ux design, app development and machine based bespoke software development, Scaffold delivers solutions as a technology partner, consultancy or as a provider of 'white label' solutions.

Shelbourne initially approached Scaffold Digital to carry out an audit of the existing digital platform to outline the benefits of a new approach and the implementation of a new system in its entirety.

"We commissioned Scaffold to develop a totally bespoke solution to replace an aging platform, and over the past 12 months the team has developed a secure portal that has a range of functionality," Shelbourne Motors director Paul Ward said.

"It tracks all sales and generates bespoke reports on all data collected by the system. It also supports staff management functions by providing a platform for HR systems and it enables a full audit trail. Software has also been integrated to aid business practices such as warranty management.

"In Scaffold, we have a true digital partner relationship in place. They have become an extension of our team, implementing a scalable and sustainable solution that will allow Shelbourne Motors to stay ahead of the game in the motoring industry."

Located at The House of Vic-Ryn in Lisburn, Scaffold Digital has been delivering outcome solutions for a range of businesses in Ireland, Britain and beyond over the last decade.

Its managing director Tim Proctor said: "We live in an increasingly mobile world and this is having a direct impact on customer expectations. Businesses need to ensure that they are meeting these expectations and embedding digital structures that enable clients to access products and services while on the go.

“Digital transformation is a broad term but your business can utilise it in many ways, ranging from process automation, strategy and platform integration - all designed and developed to help maximise your digital potential. To be truly digitally focussed, you need to look for and commission digital projects that will help solve traditional problems inside your organisation and potentially others."
