MARKS & Spencer has announced it will open its latest store in Craigavon next month.
The new Simply Food store, located at Marlborough Retail Park, adjacent to Rushmere Shopping Centre, will open at 10am on October 4 and has created 56 jobs.
Store manager, John Woods and his team of colleagues, will be joined by Great British Bake Off 2016 finalist Andrew Smyth to welcome customers.
Cllr Julie Flaherty, the mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Council, alongside winners of a local school colouring competition will also join the team to cut the ribbon and officially open the store.
John Woods, M&S Craigavon store manager said: “Having grown up in Craigavon, it’s always been my aspiration to bring M&S to the local community. After much anticipation, I feel incredibly proud to finally welcome our customers and talented team of colleagues to the store.”
