THE family-run McKeever Hotel Group has added to its unique package with the addition of its own exclusive speciality beer, the Pecking Peacock, brewed by Hillstown Farm Brewing Company.

The craft lager, brewed with four simple ingredients water, malt, yeast and hops, has gone on sale in all five McKeever locations including the Adair Arms, Dunsilly Hotel, Dillons Hotel, Corrs Corner and the Dunadry Hotel.

The hotel group's marketing director Bridgene McKeever said: “It's been a long time in the making and I can’t wait for everyone to try it. Our main aim is to ensure guests, who come to our hotels, get a distinctive experience unique to Northern Ireland, showcasing all that the community has to offer and the exclusivity of this local product is a demonstration of that.”

Jonathan Mitchell of the award-winning Hillstown Farm Brewing Company in Co Antrim said: “To have the ability to add the McKeever Hotel Group as a stockist of our beer is a proud moment. With five locations across Ireland, this expands our customer base and I hope everyone will love the product as much as we do.”

The hoteliers (www.mckeeverhotelgroup.com) will be exhibiting at Garden Show Ireland this weekend in Antrim Castle Gardens.
