McKeown solicitors move into Law Society House
LONG-established Northern Irish firm McKeown & Co Solicitors is expanding and re-locating by taking office space in Law Society House on Belfast's Victoria Street.
The firm, previously based in Newry, has acquired 3,500 sq foot of high spec office space, according to letting agents Osborne King.
Richard McCaig from Osborne King said: “We're delighted to have secured this letting on behalf of our client Orby Investment, which was, in fact, the last of three ground-floor units within this building.
"McKeowns Solicitors complement our other ground floor tenants, including Lucas Love Health Care and Brook St Recruitment.”
The unit has been let for £13 per sq ft on an overall basis on a ten-year lease. An opportunity to acquire a fully-fitted grade A suite on the second floor of Law Society House is currently available
Diarmuid McKeown of McKeowns Solicitors added: “We're pleased to have identified and secured such a well-appointed office in an ideal location.
"This investment will provide us with an excellent springboard for the consolidation of our existing practice and future development from our present fields of specialisation, allowing us to offer our high quality service to a wider range of clients.”
