OVER 825 members of the local business community are set to attend the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s annual President’s Banquet.

In what is expected to be one of the largest business galas ever to be held in the north, former Top Gear host Richard Hammond will be the guest speaker.

The dinner, being held at the Watefront Hall is billed as a celebration of 'engineering in motion' and will celebrate Northern Ireland’s engineering prowess throughout the evening. Amongst the local engineering wonders to be showcased is a 1980’s DeLorean which has been restored and electrified by students at the Queen's University School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

There are a limited amount of tables for the dinner still available. For more information and to book visit northernirelandchamber.com
