ENERGY supplier Power NI has announced it has invested over £25 million in the Antrim area in the past five years.

Power NI opened its base in the Antrim Technology Park back in 2012 with 40 employees and now it employs 125 staff, with 46 new roles created in the past year alone. The business employs 250 in total, over three sites, with the Antrim site being the largest.

Managing director Stephen McCully said:

“As Power NI remains Northern Ireland’s largest energy supplier, we constantly look at how we can strengthen our relationship with our existing and new customers. We believe excellent customer service is key to customer loyalty. This commitment to ever improving our service proposition locally and in to other markets is why we have plans for further expansion over the coming year.”

Power NI is the north's largest energy supplier and works with around half of all business in Northern Ireland and three out of every five homes.
