Progressive recognised with Investors in People gold award

Progressive Building Society has become the only local financial institution to achieve the gold accreditation against the sixth generation Investors in People Standard.

The Society joins the top two per cent of accredited organisations across the UK, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.

Progressive is Northern Ireland's largest locally owned financial institution and employs over 180 people across its 12 branches and Belfast-based head office

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.

Darina Armstrong Progressive Building Society chief executive, said: "There is no doubt that it's our people who make it a great place to work."

“Our employees are very dedicated and that commitment helps us continue to work towards being the leading savings and mortgage provider in Northern Ireland," she added.
