Titanic Belfast recruiting 45 new staff for busy event season
THE award-winning tourist attraction Titanic Belfast is recruiting for 45 new hospitality roles to prepare for a busy event season.
Named the World's Leading Tourist Attraction last year, Titanic is now on the lookout for hospitality staff in operational front of house conference and banqueting roles under head of hospitality, Lloyd Jackson, as well as executive head chef, Alastair Fullerton, who have a combined over 50 years' experience. It will hold a special open day next week for prospective applicants.
The new roles will be across all areas of the hospitality department servicing the flexible suites located across the fifth and sixth floor of Titanic Belfast, which can cater for between 50 – 1,000 guests, as well as the Bistro 401 and The Galley Café, as well as SS Nomadic.
Lloyd Jackson, head of hospitality said the attraction was looking to main its reputation for five-star service.

Over the last five years, Titanic Belfast has hosted over 1,500 business and leisure events including Queen Elizabeth's Jubilee lunch, G8 Summit Reception, BBC Sports Personality of the Year, The World Police and Fire Games International Conference, , Giro D'Italia, MTV Sounds and the Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards. In the same time distinguished guests include the Queen, Titanic director James Cameron and former election candidate and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
