Women in Business Awards set for November 9
THIS year's Northern Ireland Women in Business Awards has been confirmed to take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Shaws Bridge on Thursday November 9.
The initiative, now in its seventh year, seeks to recognise the most successful, entrepreneurial and inspiring business women throughout Northern Ireland, and it pitched at entrepreneurs, business owners, senior managers and leaders.
The awards allow all sectors and industries to come together for an evening of celebration to recognise the best of home grown talent and the valuable contribution that women make to the economic life of Northern Ireland.
"Now a firm fixture in the local business calendar, recognition as an award finalist and winner holds great prestige," says Women in Business chief executive Roseann Kelly.
"Finalists and winners benefit from increased media coverage and profiling, offering unique business opportunities that can help you drive your business forward.
"All finalists will join the Women in Business Award alumnae – a group specially created to offer all finalists since 2011 the opportunity to network and engage with like-minded business women and to stimulate opportunity for both personal and professional development.
"And every one of those on the 2017 short list will have the opportunity to take part in an exclusive finalists' retreat where they will come together to be inspired by a range of speakers and network with their peers in a unique environment."
