FITNESS specialists BLK BOX are moving to a new facility at Titanic Quarter’s Channel Commercial Park.

The move coincides with the completion of its latest project in Dubai, a state-of-the-art private fitness club on the first floor of the world’s biggest Lamborghini showroom.

At 100,000 sq ft, it is the largest private training fitness clubs in the world.

BLK BOX Fitness specialises in the design, manufacture and delivery of strength and conditioning fitness equipment across a wide range of sectors to both national and international markets.

Established in 2012 by managing director Gregory Bradley, the company has worked with some of the leading sporting organisations throughout Ireland and the UK.

Last year the company fitted out the GAA headquarters in Abbotstown and the gym of the Sri Lanka national cricket team.

Mr Bradley said the move, which was handled by commercial property agents Lisney, shows how much the company has grown in recent years.

"Moving to the Titanic Quarter’s Channel Commercial Park represents a significant milestone for the company. Our manufacturing output has increased dramatically and the showroom will be opening imminently," he said.

"The surroundings and history linked to this excellent location all add to our presence here and now BLK BOX Fitness truly has a facility which matches our ambitions as a business."

Titanic Quarter commercial director James Eyre said they hope to attract not only firms from Northern Ireland to the park, but also international businesses.

"Interest in commercial space within Titanic Quarter has grown significantly over the past year and this announcement demonstrates its attractiveness to companies seeking to locate and expand operations," he said.

"With over 100 firms and 6,000 people working in Titanic Quarter, Channel Commercial Park continues to grow as an integral part of the development."

Property agents Lisney and CBRE have been jointly appointed by Titanic Quarter Ltd to market Channel Commercial Park.
