Irish food start up launches products in north

IRISH start up Boutique Bake has launched a new range of gourmet baking mixes into Northern Ireland.

The company will be sending its Boutique Bake products to Musgrave NI stores including SuperValu and Centra outlets across the north.

The firm was founded by Dublin born Catherine Buggy in 2013.

It aims to create a no fuss, enjoyable baking experience.

Mixes include Belgian chocolate brownies, lemon drizzle cake and a classic rustic brown bread.

Ms Buggy said she was "thrilled that my range is now available to all our customers based in Northern Ireland".

"Our healthy range of baking mixes in particular, are aligned with the continued focus Musgrave NI places on inspiring healthier choices every day," she added.

Musgrave NI trading director Ciara McClafferty added: "We're delighted to partner with Boutique Bake to offer a range of their gourmet baking mixes in selected SuperValu stores and in the coming months, a number of our Centra stores will also stock the products.

"This innovative range provides a new healthy variety of convenience products which is important for us to offer our customers, as Health becomes front-of-mind for more and more shoppers across Northern Ireland."
