BELFAST-based investment management firm Cunningham Coates has confirmed two senior managerial appointments in the wake of a strategic review which has identified several opportunities for growth in the local market.
John Cubitt, who brings 16 years’ experience, will join the firm’s investment management team, managing portfolios on behalf of individuals, families, trusts, companies and charities. He is also well known amongst local solicitors for his extensive estate administration and wealth management experience.
David Currie brings 20 years’ experience, and his appointment will see the introduction of a new financial planning service for clients of Cunningham Coates. It will complement the firm’s existing investment management and private banking services enabling clients to take a much broader view of their financial future.
He will draw on his extensive experience of working in leading investment, consulting and professional services firms to help clients achieve their financial goals through the use of appropriate investments, pensions, employee benefits and wealth transfer strategies.
