Two new clothes retailers added to Rushmere mix
TWO new clothes retailers have been added to the line up at Rushmere Shopping Centre in Craigavon.
The opening of Clockwork and At The Studio have created 16 new jobs at the retail complex which is preparing to celebrate its 40th anniversary next year.
Rushmere centre manager Martin Walks said the stores had "given Rushmere a real edge in the provision of affordable fashion and quality clothing for the whole family and complement the centres strong retail mix, which has been developed to appeal to individuals, families and budgets of every size".
Our investment strategy and commitment to making Rushmere Shopping Centre Northern Irelands number one retail destination has worked exceptionally well for consumers and retailers and Im pleased to be in a position to announce not only additional choice but welcome new jobs for the area too," he said.
Meanwhile, resident tenant Dunnes Stores has launched a free click and collect service, providing customers with the extra option of buying products online and retrieving at a time which is convenient to them.
By monitoring the success of similar schemes in centres across the UK and the US, our new click and collect service instantly solves the age-old problems associated with postal delivery," said Mr Walks.
Customers want the choice the internet has to offer but dont always like the delivery options available.
The centre also confirmed that its TK Maxx outlet is currently undergoing a major refurbishment as part of the companys UK and Ireland-wide modernisation programme.
