* Renewable energy and energy storage group Gaelectric Developments Ltd has appointed Patrick McClughan as head of corporate affairs. Previously the company's Northern Ireland commercial manager, he is also chair of the Northern Ireland Renewables Industry Group (NIRIG)
* Professional services recruiter Brightwater has promoted Stephanie Mulholland to associate director.
A graduate of Queen's University, she has been in the recruitment industry for 16 years, with Brightwater for 10 years and a manager in the Belfast office for four years
* Martin McCloy has been appointed associate director at Lambert Smith Hampton. A graduate of the Ulster University with a BSc (Hons) in property investment & development, he has nine years' experience. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
* Tony Kernan also becomes an associate director at Lambert Smith Hampton, which he joined as a retail property surveyor in July 2008 and subsequently became a chartered retail surveyor in 2010
* Also becoming associate director at Lambert Smith Hampton is Greg Henry, who joined the practice in 2007 as a placement student and then re-joined as a graduate surveyor in 2009. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
