A BELFAST pizzeria is to take on 10 apprentice pizza chefs in a recruitment campaign launched by employment and learning minister Stephen Farry. Little Wing Pizza of Ann Street, part of the Beannchor Group, has partnered with Springvale Employment and Learning to recruit them. "Apprenticeships provide practical skills and enhance prospects of sustained employment and increased earnings potential," Dr Farry said.
