*WINNER: Marie-Thérèse McGivern, centre, director and chief executive of Belfast Metropolitan College, was named winner of the 2015 Institute of Directors (IoD) Lunn's Award of Excellence and the business organisation's annual dinner in the Europa Hotel. She was nominated for the award as one of the category winners of the IoD NI First Trust Bank Director of the Year Awards in November, where she took the public sector accolade.
