MALLUSK-based Henderson Foodservice has won three new contracts worth a combined £2 million. It will supply products to the Downey Group, which owns bars such as the Apartment, McHugh's and Kitchen Bar, nursing home operator Care Circle and catering firm Mount Charles Group. Henderson supplies and delivers a range of products to customers across Ireland including hotels, schools, restaurants, fast food outlets, hospitals, nursing homes, cafes, sandwich bars and retail convenience stores. Its managing director Damien Barrett said the new deals showed "the variety of companies with which we are working across a wide range of sectors. It's also great news for the producers and suppliers we work with as it means we can potentially provide them with new routes to market".
