* 'INSPIRATION': Following the acquisition in 2012 of Crossgar Foodservice by Pallas Foods on behalf of its US owners, Sysco Corporation, the full integration of the Crossgar Foodservice and Pallas Foods brands in Northern Ireland has now been completed. The final phase of the rebrand was a £600,000 investment in seven new 15 tonne multi-temperature lorries, which have just arrived ahead of the company's 'Inspiration' trade event that's taking place at the Hilton in Templepatrick on September 22 and 23.
