Tesco adds some Mexican spice

* TUCKING IN: A taste of Mexico is being provided in Tesco stores across the north this summer. But the company's buyers did not have to go to Acapulco to get their hands on Mexican food. Instead two Northern Ireland companies are providing an authentic taste of Mexico using ingredients such as peppers and chillies to enliven taste buds. Ballymena-based Doherty & Gray is supplying a tasty Fajita Burger under the Tesco Butcher's Choice brand. And Newtownards company Provenance Salads is supplying Tesco stores with Mexican Coleslaw featuring crunchy vegetables coated in a chipotle mayonnaise.
