NEWTOWNABBEY-BASED Capita Managed IT Solutions (previously Northgate) has successfully had its contract renewed to supply print support services for leading business printer brand OKI.
The three year contract has been renewed for all of the UK and has now been extended to cover the Republic of Ireland.
Capita will provide field services to OKI, including a break/fix printer warranty, and managed print service calls. Additional services under the new contract will include audits, installations, end-user training and the roll-out of projects. "Over the course of this partnership, Capita has proven it has a reliable and effective delivery capability," said OKI marketing director Graham Lowes. "Extending this contract is a reflection of the confidence we have in Capita's ability to help us achieve real savings while continuing to provide a consistent service for our clients."
