BELFAST law firm Tughans has agreed a new three year contract with Invest NI for the provision of legal services. Following a competitive tendering process, Tughans - one of the north's biggest law firms with more than 125 staff - was selected as lead legal adviser to the agency on ten legal areas including company and commercial law, intellectual property and IT law, corporate governance and employment law.
Tughans managing partner Ian Coulter said: "We're delighted to be awarded this contract after a robust and detailed selection process. "Over the period of the last contract we had the opportunity to work on many significant and varied projects such as the acquisition of Invest NI's headquarters on Bedford Street and the setting up of two £30 million development funds."
