FINANCE minister Simon Hamilton has announced the reappointments of William Cargo and Richard Rodgers to the board of the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation. Mr Cargo and Mr Rodgers have been reappointed to the Utility Regulator board for a further five years effective from January 1 2014. They will each receive annual remuneration of £9,521.
