? Laura McCarthy has been appointed as head of investment property management at Colliers International. She has 13 years retail property management experience and is responsible for seven surveyors within her team. She has a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management and is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Gemma Horisk becomes senior surveyor of investment property management at Colliers, responsible for the management of a mixed portfolio including retail, business space and industrial properties throughout the UK. She has a BSc (Hons) in Property Investment and Development and previously worked for the Henderson Group as a retail property manager.
? In another appointment at Colliers, Declan Leonard becomes graduate surveyor within the investment property management team. He recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) First Class Honours in Property, Investment Appraisal and Development.

Teresa Smyth has been appointed as finance assistant at Lucas Love HealthCare Ltd, where she will work alongside the finance director and assist with sales and purchase ledger and general finance administration. She has five years experience in the financial market and previously worked for a Belfast accountancy and insolvency firm.
